MOE P1 Registration Exercise
For children who are citizens or permanent residents:

If at least one parent is a baptised Catholic and you wish to register your child for P1 in a Catholic school, you are eligible for Phase 2B.
Required document:
Baptism certificate of one parent, in English, as evidence of Church membership.
If the baptism certificate is not in English, you need to have it translated into English and have the translation certified by a notary public or a parish priest in Singapore.
